1. Download the Advanced Ace Hack Kit
2. Extract the files
3. Install Desire HD drivers in /tools/windrivers/
4. Connect the device via USB and turn on USB Debugging in Settings-Applications-Development
5. Run the hack-ace.cmd as Administrator and start the process by typing “1″ and “Enter”
6. The process will run and will take about 5-6 minutes to complete
7. Download your ROM of choice, do not extract it, and copy the .zip to the device SD card
8. Rename the file to “update.zip”
9. Power off your device
10. To boot in the bootloader, perform a battery pull, reinstate the battery, and hold the volume down and power buttons
11. Using the volume buttons to navigate, and power button to make selections, boot into Recovery, clear the cache, and select ‘install update from sdcard’.
12. When the flashing process has completed, reboot your device and wait about 3-4 minutes for it to boot fully
13. You device is now rooted and has a custom ROM installed

New 1 click root
Windows/Android: If you're looking to root your cellphone but don't want to go over challenging instructions, a new application known as Unlock Root claims to root a ton of different mobile phone gadgets with simplicity.
The issue with SmartPhone OS is that every cellphone is different, so that you need to find the right method for your particular system. Picture this. A miracle mouse-like iPhone. Yea, rounded too. That is a new iPhone 5 style thought by ciccaresedesign. The style like we said is rounded with the shiny The apple company logo on the top.It`s luxurious.It basically has a clean look.
But the concern is, how realistic is it? We are considering, how can it sit still on a table? The style generally looks like a miracle mouse with a display on the end. Possibilities are zero to see that idea actually materializing since the renderings don`t really adhere to Apple`s style value.However, the style is very attractive.
We are really inquisitive to see what The apple company would come up for the new iPhone 5. We can see that it`s a feet-swaping style. With the iPhone 4S similar in style to its forerunner, the iPhone 4. We are hoping for a cutting edge style.Many speculation have appeared a 4 inches display, thinner style, a smaller Home button and more.
